Manufacturing quality road tankers, that give our customers complete safety and applicability, is what FLUID is trying hard to achieve. FLUID has several quality approvals that confirm, that we are on the right track and that we do our work the right way.
The following institutions examine our quality:
ISO 9001:2000
This standard is worldwide known standard for the company management system. FLUID was certified according to this standard in 2002 and since then we have successfully passed all additional auditing.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
At the beginning of 2009 FLUID acquired the certificate of compliance with quality requirements in accordance to ADR 2009 with relevant EN standards and AD 2000 Code HP 0 in conjunction with EN 3834-2. The company has proved to dispose of the prerequisites for the manufacture of road tankers and pressure equipment as defined in Pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC and Transportable pressure equipment directive 36/1999/EC.
TYPE APPROVALS - ADR
According to ADR regulation, which regulates the whole road transport of dangerous goods, a model of a road tanker or a group (family) of similar tankers must be certified with a type approval. FLUID currently has type approvals that cover all our current range of products.
ECE-R
This is UN's regulation on homologations in transport. FLUID has ECE-R homologations according valid directives for all manufactured products.
EN ISO 3834-2:2005
This standard defines quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Welding is one of the main processes in our production. FLUID is certified according to EN ISO 3834-2:2005 standard since 2009. Before that FLUID was certified according to DIN EN 729-3 standard since 2005.
Besides this certification, FLUID has certified processes for welding (stainless steel, Al, Fe) for a full range of production and welders with certification for different types of welding.
