FLUID employs over 75 workers on three locations in Slovenia.
Our headquarters and all main sectors of the company are located in Batuje. Besides that, in the town Ajdovščina we have a specialised shop that was founded in 1991 and a production hall for semi-products.

CONSTRUCTION
Design and construction of our products is done in our headquarters in Batuje. FLUID employs 6 constructors with experiences in 2D design and 3D modelling using the latest CAD tools. Each constructor is allocated to different products and each one of them accompanies his products throughout the whole production process. This way we successfully bind at each product experiences from constructors and experiences from our production workers, which gives great results in improvements and development of new products. Furthermore, FLUID employs 3 technologists who are responsible for technological processes.

PRODUCTION AND INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL
In production FLUID employs over 55 workers on two separate locations. Over 80% of the whole production is done in Batuje, the rest, especially semi-products, is manufactured in Ajdovščina. FLUID yearly produces over 120 road tankers of different types and for different customers.
Throughout the whole production process our internal quality control accompanies each product and at the end carries out all the necessary inspection.  Our quality controllers are certified for penetrant testing (PT level 2 certificate) and visual testing (VT level 2 certificate).

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
FLUID has in Batuje a separate hall for services and maintenance. There we do the entire guarantee servicing, servicing of old vehicles and equipment, as well as testing and inspecting of the meter equipment.

SPECIALISED SHOP
FLUID owns a specialised shop for hydraulic, pneumatic and welding materials and equipment. The shop is located in Ajdovščina and is also an important supplier for our production.
